By creating a Kilo Club account you accept these terms and the Privacy policy.

Who may use it

The app is for adults only, aged 18 or over. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password secret.

Not medical advice

Kilo Club helps you log your weight and get the support of your team. It does not give medical or dietary advice. Before major changes to your diet or exercise, and if you have a history of eating disorders, talk to a doctor.

Content rules

Everything you share with your team (posts, photos, quotes, reactions) must respect the other members. Not allowed: harassment, insults or threats, content that promotes extreme dieting, self-harm or eating disorders, spam, sexual content and photos of other people without their consent. You keep the rights to your content and allow us to show it to the members of your team.

Every member can report a post or a member and block someone from inside the app. A filter rejects clearly abusive text. We review reports within 24 hours and may hide content or disable accounts that break these rules. Contact for content issues: moderation@kiloclub.gr.

Team Plus subscription

Basic use is free. When Team Plus is offered, every member gets a free 7-day trial in each team and can then continue with a subscription of €1 per month for each team, through the App Store or Google Play. The final price is shown in the app before you buy.

The subscription renews automatically every month and is charged to your store account unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the renewal. Cancel in the subscription settings of the App Store or Google Play; access continues until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting your account does not cancel the store subscription. Refunds follow Apple's or Google's policy.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time (Delete account). We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.

Liability and changes

We provide the service with care but cannot guarantee it will always run without interruption. If we materially change these terms, we tell you in the app before the change takes effect. Greek law applies, without affecting your rights as a consumer in the EU.
