Delete account

You can delete your Kilo Club account and all your data at any time, without telling us why.

In the app

1. Open the Account tab.
2. If you want a copy, first tap Export data: you get a zip file with your data as JSON and your weigh-ins as CSV.
3. Tap Delete account and data and confirm with your password.

Deletion happens immediately. The same happens if you withdraw your consent to health data.

Without the app

If you no longer have the app, email moderation@kiloclub.gr from your account's email address with the subject "Delete account". We confirm that the account is yours and delete it within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your account, weigh-ins, posts, photos, reactions, devices and sessions are deleted for good. If you run a team, it passes to its longest-standing member; if you are alone in it, it is deleted too.

What is retained, and for how long

Reports concerning the account are kept anonymised for 12 months after they are closed. Backups rotate out within 30 days. Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription: cancel it in the store settings. More in the Privacy policy and the Terms of use.
